Georgios will teach us how to prepare and cook the traditional Greek dishes handed down to him from his mother. Learn why gloriously nourishing and healthy food is good for the mind, body and soul!  By the end of each class, you will be able to recreate your own authentic Greek food for your friends and family and more importantly you will have enjoyed the fruits of your labour!

Please Note:  We have two individual classes (Meat & Desserts) now available in the autumn, though you can put your name down for the spring full course too.

* Plus £1 GGB Restoration Fee per class

Each person will have their own individual space set up with equipment and high-provenance ingredients and organic vegetables supplied by For Earth’s Sake.
We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!!
Places are limited to twelve students per cookery class, so advance booking is essential.
